Earnest F. Bell Park is located at 3208 Lincoln Avenue, just South of College Drive in the heart of “New Town”. This 4 acre neighborhood park features a multi-purpose/basketball court, 4 sets of various playground equipment, picnic tables, newly renovated public restrooms and a pavilion (1200 Sq. Ft.) for picnics, family gatherings and community social events.
